can I make a library of materials and use them with a collabrative/shared folder so we are cosistant over projects?

Yes you could. Just set this to you common folder
Hello, sorry, this is not supported yet.
You can set storage location as krschncrlo mentioned, but we do not recommend to set it as a collabrative/shared folder, because problems may happen when multiple computers write records or caches to that folder.
Later we will release a video to show you how to migrate and copy others’ local library.

I suppose if we had a Shared folder with (for want of a better word) the source materials then we both kept an uptodate local library ?
copying a local libary would also help…
