Hi! Sorry for your issue. Could you tell me which version are you using now? I think you can update to 2.6.1 and it may solve your issue. If this does not work or you have updated, please check if a firewall or antivirus software is causing your problem. Also, if you are using a company computer and your company has a firewall set up, please whitelist D5. You can also try to run D5 as admin.
