yes im getting this same issue, i used 2.3 till 2 weeks ago and even with the
2070 it was ‘usable’ ( about 15 - 20 fps), but now with 2.4 my viewport is so slow, even hiding almost everything on the scene ( the same scene is about 3 - 6 fps)
Hi mate, please upgrade your video driver to the latest 531.41 as well. If the problem persists, can you let me know your hardware information?
hi oliver, im using the latest drivers… the only difference is the performance now is horrible, the ,smooth preview is slower than my previous ‘full quality’ viewport’ on 2.3, using the same model… iwish the quality modes were the same than 2.3, or a lighter display mode, cos the new ones are super heavy
