Lost Team access

Hello, I have a team account, today i had to login again , and it seems like i lost all the pro / team feature, i lost access, i can’t choose on My Space the team account. It only ask me to get a new subscription for pro and Team , but we already have a subscription , what is happening… really need your help, i have to finish something fast and it just happen right now…unlucky i guess
