Lost model when turning off and opening files

Hi, I am using your software - D5render ver 2.4. My work is to use Blender and then convert it to D5 to render. In recent, I have had big trouble which is the model usually lost in D5 (The model in D5’s library for example tree, car, motor, people,…). Every time I open the file again, I usually lose 50-100% model I added from your library, and then I have to do it again from the beginning. That greatly affects my work.
I hope you can advise on me how to fix this problem as soon as possible

Hi mate, it seems that your assets need to be updated. Will they appear after updating?
Normally this will not happen because we do not update the models in D5 Assets Library, did you save files in network places? If the problem persists on your side, we can schedule a time for remote access, or you could send us a sample file for analysis first, thanks in advance!
