I have recent;ly started to have serious problems and huge loss of work when opening D5 projects. I use ArchiCAD and sync my file with D5, spend hours building a project only for it ALL to disappear when i next open the file. Either the model is present but materials have all reset to the ArchiCAD defaults or worse yet the entire ArchiCAD model is gone completely. I have tried to relink the model but it comes back without materials so i have to start all over again from scratch, only to find that when i open the project again the same thing happens!!! This is NOT acceptable for a professional level software and to lose work as a result of it!
What is the problem and why is this happening?

, this issue usually does not occur.
If you have saved the scene, you can open three most recent projects that were saved automatically in Menu - File - View history version.
You can tell me the version of the plugin, D5 and ArchiCAD. Is this scene file saved locally or online? And does model loss happen for all scenes?

I have use the recovery option to open the most recent project, sometimes it opens the d5 file with all d5 objects presents minus the ArchiCAD model and materials and other times it the ArchiCAD model is present but none of the materials. I am using ArchiCAD 22. It seems is IS an issue as i have read other peoples posts of similar things happening with a variety of modelling programs. I work on one machine which is my workhorse which is connected via a switch to my other computer which is a server grade and has all my storage drives and projects. It is not a wifi network, all connected via cable and the PCs are side by side. I dont use cloud based storage for my work. I have tried to recover using the history version, re-saved them with a new name as they won’t permit me to overwrite the existing named document, i have also tried placing the previous version into a superseded folder which i create in the project file, then give the d5 file the same name, it saves and i can work on it but when i re-open it again hours later or the next day it’s all gone again.
I have already sent files to your tech support. Nobody could find anything…i have chased it up and nobody has got back to me.
I am using ArchiCAD 22 as i said in my previous message.
