Long Download Time for Online Assets

Hi,
Suddenly it’s taking a long time to download models from the online library inside D5, which wasn’t the case before.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea why?

hi, check net is working as usual or any speed issue now. ru using wired net or wifi.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you try connecting to another network or perhaps your mobile data, if there is an improvement?

  • We can also give you our IP relating to asset download so you can whitelist them and check if there is an increase in download speed.
