Hello, I have subscribed to the D5 Pro monthly plan, but I am experiencing login issues. Every time I log in, the system automatically logs me out, preventing me from using the software. Since I have paid for the monthly subscription, I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible, so I can access the Pro benefits without interruptions.

I’ve tested this on my end, and I’m not experiencing the same issue. Please try the following:

  • Try to connect to another network or to your mobile data. Sudden account logouts are primarily caused by a complete internet connection fluctuation, not just momentary disruptions.
  • Check for any blocks from your firewall or antivirus software.
  • You may also try using a VPN and see if the issue persists.
