I purchase the software from your website in Chinese version while ago. Now I download and install the English version but not allow me to login. When I start the D5 Render software, it kept asking me to upgrade to pro version. I wonder why I can’t login to use English version but only allow in Chinese version even I am a pro user.
Hi there, the Chinese website is the official website of the CN version, the CN version and the Global version are two products and accounts cannot be logged into each other.
If you have already purchased a CN version Pro account, we recommend that you go to the CN version official website to download and install the D5 render if you need to use the pro features and assets. The software language is automatically adapted to the system language, you can also change the language in the preferences in the menu bar.
If you need to use the Global version, it is recommended that you first cancel your subscription to the CN version in Alipay (so that it does not automatically renew when it expires next month), then download the D5 render from the official website of the Global version and choose whether to purchase D5 according to your needs.
