Login Issue & Student License Transfer to New Device (Deadline Approaching)

I am currently using a D5 Student License on my laptop, which expires on December 13.

I need to move my license to my desktop. I attempted to apply for the renewal via the desktop application (since I am within the 15-day renewal window), but I am currently unable to log in on the desktop app, so I cannot proceed with the verification there.

Is there a way to transfer the active license to my desktop immediately? My project deadline is approaching fast, and I do not have enough time to wait for a new verification process.

Please note that the D5 Education License is a fixed-seat license, which means it is bound to the device where it was originally activated. For data security reasons, unbinding during the active period is not allowed.

Regarding the renewal process, the system requires the license to be registered on the new device first before a renewal application can be submitted. Since your current license is still active on your laptop, it cannot be transferred or renewed on your desktop at this time.

Kindly wait for your current license to expire on December 13. Once it expires, you may reapply directly through the D5 Launcher on your desktop to register the license on that device, if you still meet the requirements.
