Logged out after every restart

Whenever I close D5 and reopen it, it logs me out. Is there some setting to avoid this as it is very annoying having to log in every time?

This might be caused by either of the following:

  • D5 does not support multiple log-ins on a single account, so if someone else tries to log it in while you’re using it, you will be forced log out.

  • This might be a network issue, “Account permissions will be verified before rendering to ensure asset accessibility. Please ensure a stable network connection.”

As for the connectivity issue:

  • I do suggest to try transferring to another network and see if there is a difference.
  • If there is a encryption software/VPN/antivirus software turned on, try turning it off in the meantime.

  • You can only access D5 Render and the D5 Render website (please specify if only the forum cannot be accessed and such) if you’re not using your office’s VPN?
  • Is there only a log out problem?
  • When you are able to access D5 Render with the other VPN that you are using, are you able to load and download the Library Assets Interface? (since these features also rely on the network connection)
