Have you tried running D5 Render and 3DS MAX in Admin mode?
Have you tried running D5 Render first then 3DS Max next?
I have seen that you have sent your log files, and it needs Access in order to download it.
Could you please send it to me via DM or via email at support@d5techs.com and add “@Aryan” so that i could pull it up.

I have extra questions that needs to be answered together with my first initial questions.
May I know the D5 Version you are currently using?
Also does this happen to a single 3DS Max File or happens to multiple files?
Could you please send me the project file so that i could test it on my end.

latest version of d5 and no for every file 3ds shutdown immediately…

Have you tried re-installing both as clean install both 3DS Max and D5 Render?
Also can you monitor your RAM AND VRAM USAGE while using both.
Also can you make sure that your plugin version is 1.1.0.0085, it is now available and you can download it from the official website
