I have a question about the lightening of the D5render data. As I continue to work, the number of models and materials increases, and it freezes every time I select a material, or when connecting from Rhino, the saving process does not end, and my work does not progress. I am having trouble with this and it is interfering with my work. Is there any way to reduce the weight of the data by using some settings, etc.?
I think there is one way to make it smoother on the display, but it makes a big difference in how it looks on the screen, so we need to be precise when we want to check materials, and that is a situation where the work is taking a long time.
Is GPU information and memory insufficient for D5render use?
The heaviness of the file is usually linked to the amount of assets that are being inserted into the model, most especially scatter assets. Although assets are not the only ones contributing to it, certain environmental effects may also play a role, such as Fog, Volumetric Light, etc.
Disable heavy environmental scenes and optimize assets; you can hide assets that are not necessarily seen in certain Scenes.
Disable Path Tracing
Enable this option, but you will not be able to open the file on lower versions of D5 Render
An RTX 4060 Ti with 32 GB VRAM should be enough to handle complex scenes, please check if you are running the latest version of your Drivers, BIOS, and even your Windows System.
