The light icon is not displayed, so it is impossible to move, and all the existing material values have disappeared, so I have to put it back on, is this an error? Or did I press the wrong button and this happened?

- Regarding existing material values that have disappeared, what do you mean by this? All of the materials that were used and modified reverted back to its original state?
Yes, I previously put the material value in the D5 rendering, but after synchronizing the sketchup D5 Live, it suddenly reset to its original value

Basically, the plug-in was reactivated? Were there any changes made to these materials?

The values will reset if you have renamed or changed this material in SketchUp

If they’re stored in Cloud Storage, the materials may not be retained.

After you have reactivated the plug-in, was there a window prompt telling you to either create a new linkage or replace it?

Which SKP Version and Plug-in Version are you currently using?

We did not rename or change the Sketchup material.

Sketchup version is 23 version and d5 plug-in recently updated. I changed the ceiling structure and updated it, but the material came loose
Can you provide any screenshots and video recordings of the whole process that was done so we can better understand it?
- What I meant by cloud storage is if these files are placed in Google Drive, OneDrive, etc. while you’re currently editing them.
- Can you also confirm if these files are stored purely in the Local Path?
