License Query

Hello,

Totally new to D5. One of our team downloaded and installed the app on a workstation, and we’re wondering about moving it to another workstation once testing is completed.

Do we just install it on the new PC, log out of the old one and then log in to the new one?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

It’s not allowed if you’re in an educational version of your identity. Educational license is a ‘‘fixed-seat’’ license, which means your EDU account is limited to only one particular computer, we don’t support unbinding due to any changing.

It’s available if you’re a personal version of your identity. For data security reasons, each D5 account retains a maximum of 3 device records. But you can’t use your account at the same time, it will take the account offline. You are able to manage your devices in ‘Support- My Space’. Here is the link: D5 Render
