I had uploaded a review to receive 7 day pro trail in trustpilot.But i havent yet received it.This is the email i had used sebaahs001@gmail.com.I had received an email saying that it has been uploaded successfully in the website. Its has been more than 2 week now

After checking your account, we can confirm that you already received the 7-day Pro trial reward for a Trustpilot review in April. As per our policy, only one review per platform qualifies for the reward, so we are unable to issue the 7-day Pro trial again for the same platform. Thank you for understanding 
Okay,thank you. But i havent received any 7 day pro trial regarding this review,What i received first was about views and then saying my review didnt make it online.

You already received the 7-day Pro Trial reward back in April for your Trustpilot review. Since the reward can only be issued once per platform, any additional reviews on the same platform (including the one you submitted this November) are automatically disregarded and won’t qualify for another reward.
This is why you didn’t receive a new 7-day trial this time. Thanks for understanding
