l’écran de D5 render devient noir une fois je fais la mise à jours de la 3d d’un grand projet sur archicad .merci de me trouver une solution rapide.

Can you send us a screenshot of how it looks in D5 Render? Does enabling smooth display make the preview window normal?

Thank you for sending your ArchiCAD file. We have opened it and activated the live-sync, but it seems to be functioning well. Regarding the files that I have asked please send them too:

First and foremost, thank you for sending the files that we have requested. Our team has tested your D5 and Archicad file. We have found that this particular issue stems from the excessive number of elements that D5 Render needs to handle. But this was only prevalent on older versions of the Archicad Plug-in, and the newer build has addressed this issue.
Please update your Archicad Plug-in or reinstall with the newer version.

- After downloading and activating, please resync the model.
- You may also disable FPS Booster for Complex Geometry in D5
