Lag and then crashes! Pls help

Hello everyone!

I am having this problem and it is super frustrating. The issue isn’t associated with one file or a project, whenever i open a file sometime it works fine for a few minutes then it lags and fps drops down to 2-3 fps then it crashes without showing any messages

Can you please help

Thanks for reaching out and for the clear information.

Have you recently updated your graphics card driver or D5 program? Was it working fine previously, or did it occur out of nowhere?

  • First, we noticed that you are using a special CPU model. Please update your BIOS version. For more details, please refer to: Does the CPU have a big impact on D5? | User Manual](Does the CPU have a big impact on D5? | User Manual)

  • Second, we recently also monitored an issue with the 576.02 driver. If updating BIOS doesn’t work, please try rolling back a driver version (e.g, 572.83) to check the result.
