Issue with receiving verification codes

Hello!

I’m currently experiencing an issue with Sign Up verification codes. I’m using this email (jorge@rkodesign.com) to register but I do not receive any verification code via email. I would appreciate any assitance or advice on how to resolve this

I just checked, it seems that you have received all of the verification codes that were sent to your email. Please check emails coming from security@d5techs.com

  • If you’re still not receiving any, I advise consulting your IT Team if any email filters may have been integrated in your system.
  • You may also whitelist our email domain to ensure that you can receive these verification codes without delay.
