Issue with receiving verification codes

Hello,
We are trying to activate our D5 Render Pro accounts using our student emails, but the verification code doesn’t arrive within 120 seconds. When it finally reaches our inbox, the code is already expired. This creates a vicious cycle, and we are unable to proceed.
We have sent multiple emails to your support address but received no response. We would appreciate your help as soon as possible.
