Issue with receiving verification codes when registering via edu.vn email

I’m currently experiencing an issue with Sign Up verification codes. I’m using this email: 2300112639@vanlangsaigon.edu.vn, and region is VietNam to register but I do not receive any verification code via email. I would appreciate any assitance or advice on how to resolve this
