We are having a problem with not receiving verification code emails. The suggested standard solutions were not working, so I have contacted Tech Support at support@d5techs.com. We have started discussing the possible issue, but I did not receive a follow up email in a couple of days now, even though at first tech support (Oliver) has answered us promptly.
Is it possible that no emails come through from D5 at all now?
Could someone please check on D5 side what could be the issue, and come back to us here.
