Issue with part of model in scene after sync

Hi

Running Max 2022 with D5 2.4

I have an issue with a vase object that was moved together as part of a side table in a living room setting.

You can see the vase in D5 screenshot below.

This is how it looks like in Max after I moved it. That is the vase (with flowers) and table further to the left of screen.

I did a sync in Max and it was then I noticed the actual vase had not moved.

Any idea why this is happening?

Hi mate, please back up your files first, then you can hide and unhide the model and sync again. If the problem persists, please send the model file and D5 Scene file to support@d5techs.com and we will follow up there, thanks!
