Issue with D5 Render Despite Meeting Minimum System Requirements

Dear D5 Render Support Team

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am facing with D5 Render. According to your official documentation, the minimum hardware requirement for running D5 Render includes the NVIDIA GTX 1060 graphics card, which I have. My system specifications are as follows:

  • Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (4 GB)
  • Driver Version: 32.0.15.6614 (last Update)
  • Memory (RAM): 32 GB
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-13700K (13th Gen)
  • Operating System: Windows 11
    Untitled-1

Despite meeting the minimum system requirements, the application displays an error stating that my graphics card is not supported. I have already ensured the following:

  1. My graphics card drivers are fully up-to-date.
  2. My operating system is updated to the latest version.
  3. The installation of D5 Render was done correctly without any interruptions.
  4. and I installed Oldest D5 render version (usa-1.3.1.0164.) But Unfortunately Didn’t Work.

This issue is puzzling, as the GTX 1650 is a newer generation card compared to the GTX 1060, which your documentation mentions as supported. I would appreciate it if you could help me understand why this issue is occurring and guide me on how to resolve it.

If the problem lies in compatibility with newer versions of D5 Render, I kindly request a download link for a previous version (e.g., 1.0) that is compatible with my system, or any other suggestions you might have.

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best regards,
Asadollah Houshangi
