Is there a way to download all the materials at once?

Is there a way to download all the materials at once instead of downloading one at a time?

Hello, sorry, we do not have this feature, because D5 recommends downloading the assets only when you need them. Did you encounter problems when downloading them?

It slows down the process. Generally architects wants to work quicker.

Alright, we will take this into consideration.

Hello Oliver,
Please take this into consideration, if we had a download all assets button that would be really helpful. We could just download them overnight. Otherwise, it takes a long time to download them individually.
At least free assets should be downloadable all together at once.

Hi mate, we considered many times whether to add this function. Since our assets library updates so fast and contains many types. If you download all of them, the workspace size may be too big for your device. Thank you for your advice.

Hi!

I would also like to have the feature to download all materials at once  I know ti might takes a lot of space, but we have big disks and we would maybe set up preferences for each D5 render to download all materials on our server, where everyone can reach it and all D5 users would share one asset library on our server. Do you think this is a good idea?

Hello! Thank you for your advice. We could not achieve this feature at present, but we may consider your idea in the future. At this time, you can add the materials or assets you need to local.

I’ve been having this issue too… either we should have a way of having them all OR I think at least a way of filtering the assets based on what we’ve downloaded before - this could be VERY helpful That way, at least, we can easily find what we regularly use without having to favorite each and every one we’ve downloaded just to keep track of it.

Hi there, I understand your sentiments regarding this matter, and we have yet to implement the feature. I do suggest adding the materials or assets to your local library for now. Thank you.
