Thank you for your question. To clarify, D5 Render is primarily a real-time rendering software. At the moment, it does not support exporting 3D scenes, maps, layers, or materials from D5 back to Cinema 4D (C4D). Once the model is inside D5, it is intended to be rendered and edited only within D5.
The recommended workflow is to continue modeling and editing your geometry in C4D, then sync or import the model into D5 for visualization and rendering.
