I manage the PRO licenses for my engineering firm. My accounting system shows an automatic payment for an annual PRO license. This payment is dated June 18, 2026. Could you tell me which owner this corresponds to? I can’t find the relevant colleague.

Your email address is currently associated with an annual subscription that is set to renew on November 21, 2026. Therefore, I don’t believe this is the same account related to the most recent transaction. Additionally, we cannot trace the transaction using just the payment date, as there are many transactions that occurred on that same day.
You should have received an email notification regarding the automatic renewal sent to the corresponding email address associated with your account.
