Installation to Mac failed- my renders to be submitted tomorrow- help

Hello everyone,

I have a project submission due tomorrow and have completed the SketchUp model. Unfortunately, I learned at the last minute that D5 Render is not supported on macOS. I spent the day attempting to work with Twinmotion, but navigation with a Magic Mouse has been a challenge and I am losing valuable time.

The project is a small studio renovation for a friend, and I only need three interior scenes rendered. I am reaching out to ask:
• Is there a reliable way to run D5 on a Mac?
• Alternatively, would anyone be open to assisting with rendering if I provide the SketchUp file?

Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all in advance.

Hi @Malinka

D5 Render is currently not supported on Apple operating systems, so it cannot run natively on a Mac. The most reliable way to render your SketchUp file is on a Windows PC.

Using virtual machines, such as Parallels, is technically possible but not officially supported. Running D5 Render through Parallels may work if your GPU meets the minimum requirements recognized in Task Manager, but we cannot guarantee optimal performance or stability.

While you are welcome to try this approach, please proceed with caution, as this configuration has not been thoroughly tested, and we cannot provide support for issues that may arise. Thank you for your understanding
