I downloaded the d5 render.exe, but after running the exe, the launcher does not open and this error appears. Why is that?
When I run the exe, run d5 render appears fine, but when I click that, d5 render appears on the desktop, but when I press it, an error like the last picture appears.
I tried installing it yesterday, but it doesn’t work…

By the way, in Appdata>Roaming>D5 Render file, there is only ‘config.ini’ file as follows…
There are no other files at all.
Did you enable firewall/antivirus software? It looks like the installation of D5 failed and the installation files were deleted. Have you uninstalled it by mistake?
Please try to re-install it with the installer file and see the results.
I tried reinstalling it, but it’s the same.
Just in case, I checked the trash bin, but there’s nothing.

This icon usually means that the download was not completed or failed.
How about your network connection? Please try to reboot your router and turn off VPN and Windows firewall, antivirus software temporarily if they are on. Can this installer file be downloaded successfully from our website?
