Importing Quixel Models with Material Mapping?

For my renders I’d like to add quixel’s 3D environment assets, however, when I import them I only get the model with no texture applied. Is there a specific way I can get the models imported with material mapping applied with the materials included in the download?

Hello, it depends on the file format. If the assets you downloaded is in FBX format, then please convert the materials to vray material or standard material in 3ds Max first.

Oh okay, which file format can I use to have material mapping work properly? From quixel’s website I can download environment models in FBX, OBJ, and ABC

Both FBX and ABC, but please notice the limit I mentioned above.
