I have checked your file and can open it in D5. Please notice that model made by 3d max could not be imported to D5 directly, you have to use the plugin.

Hello! Currently D5 doesn’t support fbx with skeleton animation, please convert to abc. format for import. Also, please note that abc.format animation does not support material import.
