Hi mate, the .abc file has yellow dot after importing into D5?
What modeling software does it come from? If blender, then please check this option:

Hi mate, please remember when exporting .abc files for D5, set the scale to be 100. And make sure this option Triangulate is checked:

Hi mate, have you tried this in 3ds Max? Convert the model into Editable Mesh.
