Image modeling needs to be exported. I can’t edit the modeling itself, so I need to export it and edit it with another modeling program and then import it again. But the modeling export doesn’t work. Please export only the image modeling.

Sorry for the inconvenience. To clarify, could you please confirm whether this model was created using AI Model Generation in D5?
If the model was generated using AI, please note that AI-generated models currently cannot be edited, exported as editable geometry, or have their textures changed. These models are not supported for external modeling workflows.
If the model was not created using AI Model Generation, please let us know:
- How the model was imported into D5 (LiveSync, direct import, asset library, etc.) and what format is the model in
- Which file format are you trying to export
- Which modeling software do you plan to use to edit the model in

At the moment, editing AI-generated models directly is not supported. Since these assets are created through the AI generation process. We understand that the AI result may not always match your expectations 100%, and your feedback is very valuable as this feature continues to improve.
However, you should be able to export the generated model as a .d5a file and reimport it if needed. Please note that this does not enable full manual editing, but it allows you to reuse the generated asset within D5.
