hello, i would like to know if the illuminations with .ies files are working correctly. because from what i understand when i import a .ies file, the software should read the information it contains, such as the aperture angle and power. That’s why, when I import an .ies file, the software shouldn’t allow me to change the aperture angle and power, because otherwise the file’s photometry will be lost. I’d like the software to be more precise in this respect so that I can carry out more accurate lighting studies. I also think it would be interesting to have a working environment similar to the one in dialux or (similar to clay mode). Please, I would like some guidance on this, if by changing the angle and power of the .ies file it doesn’t lose its photometry and consequently stop transmitting the lighting that would happen in real life.
