Thanks for reaching out about this. I’ve checked your account and found that there was no record of a cancellation submitted in December, which is why the subscription automatically renewed for this month.
That said, I can confirm that your monthly subscription has now been successfully canceled. You will not be charged again for the next cycle, and your access will remain valid for the entire period that has already been paid for. Thank you for your understanding.
