When I run d5 in sketchup, please launch D5 Render manually then sync again comes up. When I go into D5, I only see loading and the window disappears. Why is that

It seems that D5 is not detecting your GPU and your driver properly, which can cause the program to fail during launch and close unexpectedly.
Could you please attach your hardware information from Task Manager? Specifically, the GPU and driver version details. I’ve attached reference image below showing where to find this information. Thanks!
