Good morning D5 team, I made the account for CESIUM, then I open D5 render I see that the icon to activate cesium does not exist.
Then I go to the D5 account, like the instruction I found in the manual,
“Manage your Team” option is only available for D5 Teams. Based on your screenshot below, you’re using the PRO License. If you also have an existing D5 Team subscription, try logging out, then you will be asked to select which identity to log in
Hi Clov,
thank you for your help!
I ended up solving it by using Blender, which is free.
Alternatively, for this project I might use a drone, since it gives me 4K definition,
along with a small program I use thanks to my topographic experience.
Anyway, thanks again you’re all doing an excellent job!
Thanks for the update, but I don’t think I understood your response. Since you’ve asked about the option for Team Management for you to be able to use Cesium, I’m guessing you currently don’t have a Teams Subscription and have opted to use Blender for a similar tool, correct?
If I understood correctly, after reading the manual and watching a few tutorials, I noticed that in order to obtain a 3D planimetric area with a point cloud, it’s necessary to create a group to use the Cesium feature.
However, I don’t need to work in a group at the moment, as I usually work alone with 3D graphics software.
I thought that having a perpetual license would also grant access to that feature (the Terrain/Cesium icon). I only needed it to connect to Google Earth and capture the specific area I’m interested in.
I hope this clarifies things, Clov. Once again, I just wanted to use that function freely, without creating another account, but simply with my existing perpetual license.
