The error code 62 appears because “A customer tried to pay online with a card that doesn’t support online payments.”
Please switch to other credit cards then try again, or you could contact the bank to let them help you activate the online payment service.

Where do i change my credit card, i have not see any option…

Hi @fabricio.vandick , changing credit card is not supported at this time.
We suggest you to cancel your subscription manually in “My Space” and then re-subscribe to D5 Pro with a new payment method.

Why don’t you just contact WestStein and arrange an online card for payments. It’s simple and then you can make any payments. It is profitable and easy enough to open such a card for yourself.
