I can't open D5 version 1.4 since it was updated because of the D3dll problem

I can’t open D5 version 1.4 since it was updated because of the D3dll problem.

My Settings
Intel Core i9-12900KF 3.4GHz-5.5GHz
Asus Nvidia TUF Gaming GeForce RTX™ 3090 Ti OC Edition 24GB
Gigabyte Z690 Aero D Ddr5 Pcie 5.0 Gen 12 Motherboard
Gigabyte 1000w 80 Plus Gold Modular
Ram Ddr5 16gb 6000mhz Kingston Fury Beast (64GB)
Windows 10 Pro 64

All recommendations were made
update windows
Update Nvidia Studio Driver
Disable Antivirus
I reinstalled D5 without antivirus
Apply Installer Dll Fix Tool without antivirus
I tried to copy the D3D12ll manually without success

The strange thing is that after making these attempts several times
D5 opened once and loaded the living room scene with no problem, when I tried to load the restaurant scene D5 closed with the usual DLL error message.

Before D5 update it was working fine
any other help

Hi mate, what version of video driver do you use? After you repaired the .dll error or upgrade video drivers, you may need to reboot your computer first. Otherwise that error message may appear.
Please reboot your computer then try again. If the problem persists, please use the D5 Support tool to generate a log file then send it to support@d5techs.com.

Still not being able to use D5 version 2.4, I made all the attempts and neither with version 2.4.1 do the scenes open, always D5 either crashes and disappears or throws the error message of Dll missing.

Save a log file that I am sending to tech support
