I can't log in to the Edu Pro version. Please help me

I experienced this issue before and received assistance to access my Edu account again, but now I’m facing the same problem and can’t use the Edu version. When I launched D5 Render, I was logged out, and when I try to log back in, I see a message like that. I haven’t registered my Edu account on any other device; I’ve been using it on the same device all along. Could you please help me regain access to the Edu Pro version?

*The Edu Pro version account was provided to me through an agreement between my school professor and a representative from D5.

We can unbind your account, but please note that currently, unbinding would also downgrade your Educational License to Community Version. Educational License can be regained through reapplying after the 180-day expiration, which in your case is still on December 12, 2024. If you wish to proceed, please confirm. Thank you.
