I experienced this issue before and received assistance to access my Edu account again, but now I’m facing the same problem and can’t use the Edu version. When I launched D5 Render, I was logged out, and when I try to log back in, I see a message like that. I haven’t registered my Edu account on any other device; I’ve been using it on the same device all along. Could you please help me regain access to the Edu Pro version?
