i submitted the form but still dosen’t recieve the mail
I checked your submission, and it looks like you already have an existing EDU email. Please use that email to apply directly through the D5 Launcher. Education Version FAQs | User Manual
The Google Form is recommended only for users who do not have an EDU email. Using your existing EDU email address in the Launcher should allow you submit an application successfully. Thanks for your understanding.
