Please try to:
- Connect to another network or reset your router.
- Relog-in your D5 account
- Try to use a VPN if it solves the issue.
i have this issue just for this drippingwater model
the model still at 99% and then do not be dowloaded i repeat this for many times the same issue … i know that we can export the model in format d5 and linked it to me to import him manually if you can … thanks for help
Hi @awednighassen0 Apologies for the inconvenience. Have you tried downloading the file in other projects to see if this issue is specific to this file?
Could you please confirm if you are on a company network with perhaps some firewall settings preventing asset download? Have you had issues downloading other assets as well?
