Good evening, I purchased the Pro version and since I did this had issues saving my projects.
I tried to reinstall, but caused more problems with the launcher. Please assist.

- Are there any error prompts?
- What were the problems experienced with the launcher?
- Regarding the saving issues, does this happen to all of your files or specific ones?
- Where are these files located, in the Local path? Network Path? or Cloud Storage?
