I can’t launch D5 from SketchUp.

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue where D5 Render cannot be launched from SketchUp.
Both SketchUp and D5 Render are updated to the latest versions, but the launch function from SketchUp does not work.
When I click “Select Folder” to locate the installation directory, it cannot be found.
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling D5 Render, but the issue still persists.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this problem?

Please follow these steps:

  1. Open your D5 Launcher and navigate to the software’s address.

  1. Copy or make a note of this address.
  2. When the prompt appears in SKP, select the copied address.
