I can’t launch D5 from SketchUp

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue where D5 Render cannot be launched from SketchUp.
Both SketchUp and D5 Render are updated to the latest versions, but the launch function from SketchUp does not work.
When I click “Select Folder” to locate the installation directory, it cannot be found.
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling D5 Render, but the issue still persists.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this problem?

Hi @22105013

Try to check D5’s location by opening your launcher. You may copy the address and paste it when you select ‘Select Folder’ in SketchUp.

Any error prompts? Can you send us a video recording (screen record) of what it looks like on your end?
