i can´t download D5 Lite AI render

I’m trying to download a render created with D5 Lite for SketchUp with AI and I’m getting a message saying it can’t be downloaded, please try again later. I really apreciate your help.

  • Could you share a screenshot of the exact error prompt you’re seeing when the download fails?
  • Is this happening with one specific render or all renders?
  • Are you trying to download directly from within D5 Render?
  • Does the issue persist if you try a different network?
