I am receiving the following warning while using D5 Sync 0.4.8.0006:

Although my D5 Render appears to be installed and active, the sync plugin does not work and gives this error message.

Details:

  • D5 Sync Version: 0.4.8.0006
  • D5 Render Version: (buraya sen mevcut sürümünü yaz)
  • Software Used: (Revit / 3ds Max – hangisini kullanıyorsan yaz)
  • Operating System: Windows (sürümü eklersen iyi olur)

I have tried restarting both the software and the computer, but the issue persists.

Could you please advise:

  • Which D5 Render version is compatible with Sync 0.4.8.0006?
  • Should I update D5 Render or reinstall both D5 Render and the Sync plugin?

Yes, when installing the D5 LiveSync plugin, you must also have the D5 Render application installed on your computer. The LiveSync plugin serves as a bridge between your modeling software (Revit or 3ds Max) and the D5 Render application, where the synced model is opened and edited.

Could you please confirm what version of D5 you’re currently using? I recommend updating to the latest version, as some fixes have been made.
