I/we don’t understand how to update to the current or latest version.
To be fully functional in the D5 universe alongside SketchUp: Which tools need to be installed and updated?
Why am I asking this really dumb question?
I’ve had D5 installed for several months now. However, we’ve only actually been able to get the launcher working since last week—until then, it would only open in a completely black window with no content.
Furthermore, all attempts by our IT department to perform an update have failed so far.
There’s probably a guide for dummies like me — but where?
