How to solve the D5 Render and Archicad 23 sync error

Hello, I am using Archicad 23. D5-archicad duo live link, my model is not reflected on the stage. I checked all the plugins (light setting, camera activity and so on. Although I have tried all the solutions, the model d5 does not appear in the scene. Please help me . Thanks

Q: for Archicad 23, after the synchronization with D5 Converter-Archicad plugin, the model does not appear in the D5 scene.
A:

  1. please update your video driver version if it is Nvidia 46x.xx.
  2. If you are using AMD GPU, please note that we do not support it yet, but we are going to do that in the next update probably. You can export .skp files and then import them in D5 directly.

Hello, please check your video driver version. If it is Nvidia 46x.xx, then it may cause the problem you met.

driver is amd supported rx 6600

Hello, the D5 Converter has not supported AMD gpu yet, but we are going to do that in the next update probably.
For now, please export .skp files then import it in D5 directly, as a workaround…
