when I import my sketchUp , even I saw the skylight is on, but it’s totally black, how can I fix it?
Hi mate, are you using geo&sky or HDRI? If HDRI, please also make sure the "background intensity is not 0.
If the problem persists, please move your SU model’s location to the origin point (0,0,0) then check the result, because maybe it is too far away from the origin center.
